WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For retail clients, all stock hairpieces are returnable for exchange or a full refund, minus shipping fees, within 15 days of receiving the item, provided it is still in its original condition and packaging. Any final sale options like base cuts, hair styling, bleached knots, and perming mean that the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders, overstock/limited edition hair systems, and all supplies are also final sale. Hair extensions can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 2 weeks of placing the order. To read more about our return policy, click here.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? ARE THERE CHARGES TO DO THIS?

Please contact us at +84 867151008 or via email at sales@xnproduct.com to cancel your order, where one of our customer service specialists can assist you. There is no charge to do this, however, please keep in mind that if the order has already shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

You are able to pay with credit cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or pay in store if you are picking up your order at our office.
